Job Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resource Team in several capacities with a focus on temporary employment. This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Support the recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews with candidates for temporary employees, opening job requisitions and working with temp agency to fill roles for distribution center, packaging division, and corporate headquarters.
Maintaining and auditing confidential employee files ensuring accuracy and compliance
Enroll New Hires/Temps (contract workers) into the timeclock systems and setting them up on their assigned supervisors profile access.
Assist with employee relations for temps/contract workers as needed.
The Human Resources Coordinator will submit approved timesheets to agencies when required.
Training and Setting up New Mangers and Supervisors on time keeping system.
Creating confirmation sheets for temporary (contract) workers and ensuring the process is followed with signed confirmation sheets.
Hiring and seperating the temporary (contract) employees in ICIMS, our applicant tracking system. And updating their profiles as needed.
Updating personnel file history sheets for all the active employees after any employee status change.
Responsible for the Weekly Temporary report submission.
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication.
Must be proficient English.
Education & Experience
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
