The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for purchasing and maintaining supply inventory for all departments, including medical supplies. Coordinate with MAB class and CPR class trainers regarding training schedule, contact employees to enroll them for these classes. Assist Nursing department in preparing, boxing and arranging files for offsite storage, and other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

· High School education, GED or equivalence of education and experience required

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

· Must be detail oriented and organized, excellent time management skills

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner

· May lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
