This is a full-time dining position, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the club's event calendar. Flexibility is key as you will oversee various operations and special functions.
WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As the Director of Food and Beverage, your days will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. You will develop and monitor the operating budgets for each revenue outlet, ensuring that goals are met through strategic planning and corrective actions. You will lead a talented team, ensuring effective orientation and training for new staff while planning professional development programs for experienced staff. Daily inspections will be part of your routine as you ensure safety, sanitation, and service standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and other department managers to approve menus, manage staffing needs, and maintain high-quality service, guaranteeing member satisfaction at every turn. Plus, you will actively engage with guests, oversee dining service, and creatively promote club functions through various marketing initiatives, all while fostering a positive work environment.
