PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in a maintenance position
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Organizational abilities
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks like climbing ladders, lifting 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions
Preferred Criteria
- Technical or trade school certification
- Proficiency with maintenance management software

Our Property Maintenance Supervisor is pivotal to our continued success and prosperity, closely overseeing our country club's daily maintenance operations. You're an attentive leader, coordinating your team's activities by creating schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion. You foster a positive, safety-oriented environment, conduct performance reviews, and provide additional training to empower team members to do their best.
You also get hands-on with various systems, performing thorough inspection and repair services on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components. To increase efficiency and productivity, you maintain an organized equipment inventory and develop preventative maintenance programs to help avoid system issues. You respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized jobs. Attentively, you also document important schedule, repair, and inspection information.
