AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER : YOUR ROLE
In your role as an Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department, managing a team of service advisors and technicians. You will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues, all while focusing on upselling services to meet established sales quotas. Utilizing your expertise in service management software, you will track performance metrics, support your team in achieving their goals, and promote a collaborative environment. Your leadership will be key in ensuring both operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction!

This full-time, onsite position operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday .
