Training Manager

At Automated Health Systems, we provide a personalized approach to our clients, combining culturally sensitive outreach and education to support and empower consumers in underserved populations. In addition, we bring the resources, workflows and operational expertise to administer top-performing operations.

This role will be responsible for ongoing training in a call senter right outside of St. Louis in Maryland Heights. The call center assists an underserved population in getting the healthcare access they need and deserve. It is a direct hire role with excellent benefits. Salary to commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee training department
• Continuous improvement of the training program
• Curriculum oversight and development
• Liaison between quality, training, and operations to ensure the call center service levels are met

Qualifications:

• Strong training experience
• Call Center Experience, strongly preferred
• Healthcare Experience preferred
• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
