Job Title: Dealer/Building Support Representative
Location: Westfield, IN
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Position Summary:
The role involves overseeing all builder and dealer training, offering support to dealers and builders as needed, and providing technical assistance with new construction and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Support: Assist builders and APC installers with on-site guidance for new construction installations and pre-pour procedures.
Dealer Support Materials: Assist in the creation and editing of Dealer Support materials to ensure clarity and usefulness.
Re-evaluation of Support Materials: Re-assess support materials quarterly (four times a year) to ensure they meet the needs of Dealers and Builders.
Manufacturing Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to the Manufacturing team to facilitate better installation processes.
Travel Requirements: Travel to Trade Shows as needed, including overnight stays when necessary.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in construction or related field
- Proficient use of installation tools
- Familiarity with texting and email communication
- Ability to perform and teach Dealer training
- Proficient use of measuring devices
- Ability to train Builders on diagonal and level techniques
- Basic math skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions
- Ability to travel as needed
- Other Duties as assigned
