Auto Body Refinish Technician
A high quality body shop is seeking a full-time or part-time Auto Body Refinish Technician
The position is to finish the vehicles, wet sand and buff, and detail if necessary
Responsibilities include:
Inspect vehicles that enter the shop to ensure it has passed all previous inspections and standards
Apply primer over any repairs made to vehicle surfaces
Ensures vehicles are prepared for paint
Wet sand and buff and wax the finished paintwork
Also need to do the following activities: Wet sanding, taping and masking, wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, teardown, and re-assembly, blocking and priming, some minor body repair
Candidates must:
Operate all tools in a safe manner
Report any safety issues immediately to management
Have attention to detail
Work well with others
Be willing to learn
Keep work area clean
Supply your own tools and spray guns
Minimum of 1 year experience
