Summary:
Autumn Transport has an exciting opportunity for a Dispatcher Fleet Supervisor II. This position requires 3 years or more relevant experience. A qualified candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively (verbally and in writing) and possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full time position working out of our office in Woodbury, MN.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Work with the Dispatch team to manage owner operator schedules, field daily check calls, communicate load plans, relay load details / exceptions, and resolve various issues.
- Coordinate and monitor bulk truck freight between shipper, receiver, and independent contractors utilizing company assets.
- Multi-task between various systems and websites efficiently using computer skills across multiple applications.
- Effectively managing a high volume of emails.
- Developing business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Acting as support and back up on load planning and rating of new and existing business.
- Resolving and negotiating issues related to quality control, billing, load delays, etc.
- Basic data entry into our TMS, TMW.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years transportation experience using transportation management software OR a combination of work experience and education with demonstrated competency utilizing similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills needed to maintain cooperative working relationships
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task, prioritizing tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to be on call on a rotating schedule with other members of the Dispatch team.
- Knowledge of FMCSA HOS is a plus.
Salary:
$55,000 - $70,000. In addition to a base salary, Autumn offers additional incentive programs and profit sharing.
