Job Description:
Extremely organized, system-savvy Paralegal or similar Legal Professional with at least 7 years of experience supporting transactions and contracts is required to facilitate a special Legal project focused on creating contracting templates and playbooks.

We're seeking strong communications and project management skills, experience with contract lifecycle management systems, and an eagerness to jump into new AI-assisted Legal Tech.
Technology Requirements: Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, advanced MSFT Word and Outlook user.

What does a typical day look like: Interacting with several attorneys to review and approve contract templates, attending meetings, and working within our contracting system to load templates and playbooks.
Preferred background/prior work experience: 7 years supporting contract drafting and workflow within a legal department.
Priority soft skills: strong communicator and highly organized - tracks all the details.
