This job posting is being used to fill multiple permanent, full-time Office Technician positions, working in ISU, Complex II and the Delegating Testing offices.

Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications (link available in the additional documentation section). You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired. - OFFICE TECHNICIAN (TYPING)
To obtain list eligibility for the Office Technician (T) classification, before applying for the position(s), you must first take and pass the Office Technician (T) examination. CalCareers
If you are meeting Minimum Qualifications with education, you must include your unofficial transcripts/diploma for verification. Official transcripts may be required upon appointment. If it is determined an applicant does not meet the Minimum Qualifications, the candidate will be withheld from the eligibility list, rendering them inactive an ineligible to be hired for the position. Candidates who have been withheld may file an appeal with the State Personnel Board.

Typing certificates issued by the Internet or Employment Agencies
Typing Certificates issued for a typing test under five (5) minutes are not acceptable.
