Location : St. Augustine, FL
Worksite Arrangement : Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office (Tues-Thurs)
Schedule : 8am-5pm ET, M-F
Salary : $40,000 quarterly bonus potential (OTE $42,000)
Start date : ASAP
Overview :
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing service to clients through effective communication as well as collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities :
- Maintain timely communication and relationships with insurance agents and carriers on policy inquiries or service requests
- Organize and manage electronic files
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings
- Handle processing of policy updates, including endorsements and cancellations
- Review and verify accuracy of policies to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Support the sales team by logging and organizing new business. This position is not a sales position, but supports the sales team by helping to set up new clients for success!
