Fulltime Role
Minimum 18 years Experienced required for this role.
Required skills:
Hands on experience on Ansible or python.
Exposure to any ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow
Hands on experience on any Observability tools like Splunk, AppD, Grafana etc..
Good to have :
Exposure in implementing Event correlation like Big panda
Hands on experience integrating ITSM tool with AIOPs like IPSoft/Amellia
Experience in driving SRE transformations
