Job Title: Project Controls Lead Analyst

• Lead project controls scheduling team in plan & schedule preparation, including startup and commissioning planning.
• Interface with project team for planning and scheduling activities.
• Ensure constructability is integrated into the planning process.
• Facilitate productivity reporting.
• Perform/assist with critical path and float analysis reporting.
• Apply key cost control processes.
• Interface with the management team to identify and address project issues.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Primavera planning/scheduling experience.
• Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or 10 years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Primavera, change management, construction management, and scheduling. Additional skills in SureTrak, critical path analysis, fossil power, and cost control are beneficial.
• Languages: Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
