Customer - Our customer is a full service – Accounting/Audit, Tax filing, and legal firm – Over 45 years in business - with a diverse base of customers, including corporates and individuals.
Role
The role requires you to be responsible for:
- Receiving and addressing customer phone calls
- Meet and Greet customers
- 1 to 5 years of experience
- Purchase of office stationery and other items as needed by the team
- General office upkeep and operations.
- Accounts Receivable (using QuickBooks software; you will be trained if needed in the same)
