Landscape Maintenance Sales Representative – Arlington, TX
A leading commercial landscaping company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our maintenance client base in Arlington, TX. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.
- 2 years of sales experience in landscape maintenance, facility services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation.
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Base salary uncapped commission ($75K–$150K OTE)
