Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee custom millwork and finish carpentry installations, ensuring precision and craftsmanship.
Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, delegating tasks and ensuring efficiency on job sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
Work closely with project managers and foremen to coordinate installation schedules and job site logistics.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.
Requirements:
Experience in millwork, finish carpentry, and custom woodwork installations.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
Availability for overtime and some weekends as needed.
