What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler/Loader position at Axiom Staffing Group?
- Utilize RF scanner to accurately pick and pack orders
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
-Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Assist in building and organizing pallets for shipment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with order picking processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and AS400 systems
- Ability to operate a cherry picker or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
