IT Services Technician Job Duties:

• Configure, modify, repair, and test IT devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Maintain lab organization, including resource management and reporting productivity.
• Complete all required documentation for accurate billing and project tracking.
• Support team projects, escalate issues as needed, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

Pay:

• $22/hour ($20/hour base pay 10% shift differential).

IT Services Technician Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience; A certification required.
• Experience with Windows OS, imaging software, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to navigate SAP and Excel for order processing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
