Are you a Mold Setter ready to bring your technical expertise to a dynamic production environment on 3rd shift? Join a well-established plastic injection molding company known for its commitment to quality and innovation, providing a supportive environment for professional growth.

Position: Mold Setter (3rd Shift)
Shift Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and install molds, set up tooling, and verify quality at the start of production.
• Perform in-process mold cleaning and equipment maintenance as required.
• Manage color and material changes, ensure equipment cleanliness, and adhere to 5S housekeeping standards.
• Record data in the Mattec system, monitor process parameters, and complete mold/equipment storage tasks.
• Respond to alarms and participate in preventative maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Proficient with production equipment such as presses, grinders, dryers, and handling systems.
• Ability to follow safe work practices and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and ethical standards, able to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for prolonged periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions without significant accommodation.
