Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Short Arc Tackers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tack welding operations using short arc welding techniques. Duties

Set up and operate short arc welding equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Perform tack welding on various materials, ensuring strong and accurate welds.
Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in short arc welding or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with welding equipment and tools is essential.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be able to pass any required pre-employment assessments related to welding skills.
