Even though we deal in boats, we operate all year round with tasks and paces that vary with the seasons.

Applicants looking to start in this position should expect to receive $15-$18 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position and will require Saturday and overtime hours during peak season. Starting employees will have the ability to learn and grow in their careers with M-W Marine.

• Working with customers to look up and provide the parts that they are in need of.
• Answering phones as well as working with walk-ins.
• Typing up service orders and being able to understand what work customers are looking to have performed.
• Stocking shelves and reordering parts for stock when they run low.
• Receiving parts shipped from suppliers.
• Shipping parts to customers.

• Excellent communication skills when working with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Typing and computer skills.
• Being able to remain calm with difficult customers or during busy times.
• Ability to work weekdays and Saturdays.
