The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in an environment that supports clinical excellence and competency through multi-disciplinary teamwork and collaboration. As a home health Speech Language Pathologist, you will be able to provide treatment and care to patients in their home. It is a unique opportunity to promote their health and independence right in their own home where they are comfortable.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of Home Health experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (CAA) from an accredited institution.
• State Licensure as required
• Computer Skills, i.e., email, word processing, charting.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• CCC-SLP preferred
• PEDIATRIC EXPERIENCE a PLUS!
