Description
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Analyst to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune, as well as a strong background in Windows 10 / 11 imaging and support. The Desktop Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing desktop environments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective technical support and system management.
- Desktop Support : Provide technical support for Windows 10 / 11 environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- SCCM Management : Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment, monitoring, and management of applications, updates, and operating systems.
- Intune Administration : Manage mobile device and application management using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with security policies and providing remote support for users.
- Imaging and Deployment : Create and maintain standard operating system images for Windows 10 / 11, ensuring that all images are up to date and compliant with company standards.
- User Training and Support : Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users to enhance their understanding of new software and tools.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze desktop performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance user experience.
- Incident Management : Respond to and resolve support tickets related to desktop issues, ensuring timely resolution and user communication.
