Inside Sales Support
Position Duties:
- Support sales team through creation of customer orders, quotes, and customer reports. Be a partner on managing, organizing, and communicating customer needs to personnel across the company.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing content for marketing, including but not limited to:
- Order forms, availabilities, and catalogs
- Email, mail, and text martketing
- Event planning & promotion
- Provide customer service and direction to on-site customers, vendors, and other traffic when necessary to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers alike.
Qualifications:
- 2 year Horticulture certificate plus two years Nursery experience, or a total of 4 years customer service/nursery experience
- Good working knowledge of landscape plant materials required.
- PC skills including MS Office applications required. Point of Sale (POS) experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills required.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
- Good telephone skills are essential.
- MNLA Nursery Professional Certification preferred.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Saturdays and longer hours during peak seasons
Compensation: $19.00-$21.50
