- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the shift, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
