Title: Customer Service Representative
Report To: Director of Operations
Job Summary: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate client’s product through company process from formula development, product quotation, purchase order procurement, label proofing and scheduled shipment dates for finished dietary/nutritional/sport supplement(s).
- Assessing customer complaints/questions by obtaining and examining all relevant information and distributing to proper departments to provide appropriate solutions/resolutions.
- Ensuring production timeline is on schedule and have the most up to date and current information.
- Coordinating with our logistics department for freight quotes/packing slips of finished goods for customer review.
- Must be comfortable communicating with customers via email, phone calls and in person to provide information about products and service.
- Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
- Must be able to multi-task as you will work with multiple customers daily.
- Must work well in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Training: Must become knowledgeable of the customers we service
- Experience: 1-2 years customer service rep experience preferred, strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access, strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
