We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Jackson, WI. This is a full-time, in-office position with a hourly wage of $23–$26 and full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
- Generating and processing invoices with attention to detail.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating operations.
- Interacting with customers to provide excellent service and support.
- Performing bookkeeping and financial tracking using Sage software.
- Prior experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively in an office environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
