Job Description
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

The Microwave Pilot Factory builds complex micro-integrated circuit modules, microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies and matures these products from an engineering prototype environment into a full low volume production environment. The Microwave Mechanical Technician fabricates and/or modifies these products. This requires the Microwave Mechanical Technician to work independently or under engineering direction-using prints and redline process documentation. The Microwave Pilot environment is a complex, fast changing environment and requires Microwave Technicians to proactively document and validate documentation for their products.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or GED , 4 years plus work experience or equivalent.
Job requires being a self-starter, high level of attention to detail.

Should be familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxies.
Experience working in a manufacturing and on military products environment.
Experience working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64723 - $103557

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
