We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of our products. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, engineering, marketing, and sales to define and deliver world class products that meet customer needs and achieve business goals. You will use data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives. Your leadership and project management skills will be key to managing multiple initiatives, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap by working closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, marketing) to align product priorities with business goals.
- Partner with company leadership, engineering, marketing and sales to define and deliver new products and features that delight customers and drive business growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with research analyst on customer interviews, surveys, and market analysis to gather insights, identify pain points and uncover new opportunities for product improvement.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Partner with supply chain to manage product constraints, material sourcing, flow of goods, quality of materials, availability and product lifecycle stages that will impact production timeline.
- Identify potential risks early in the development process and work proactively to address challenges and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead product launch efforts, including go-to-market strategies, internal communications, product documentation and post-launch support to ensure smooth rollouts and customer adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the product internally and externally, educating stakeholders and customers about product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, conducting retrospectives and applying industry best practices to enhance product development processes.

100,000 - $150,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
