A rapidly growing company founded by psychiatrist Dr. Pari Deshmukh (Dr. Desh), Balanced Wellbeing LLC, is offering work opportunities to Clinical Psychologits. It is ideal for those who want to learn and excel in how to practice counseling in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications:
- Active Psychology FL License
- Clear on Level 2 screening (background check as per AHCA requirements)
- Peer references (3) are required (LCSW or PsyD or PhD).
- Good communication and computer skills are must.
- Candidates must be a team player.
Job Responsibility:
- Performing psychological assessments on mostly geriatric patients, providing psychotherapy as needed, and make referrals to psych med mgmt. as appropriate.
- Ability to make rounds, going from room to room, communicating to patients and facility staff members is required.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- No formal on call/after hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
