What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager - Unified Billing position at BambooHR?
Please Note : This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties

At work, you're able to speak confidently with your technical counterparts and are quick to document, whiteboard, and collaborate with all areas within the organization. About the Role
This role will be working with our Unified Billing team within the HR Platform organization. You'll work with our Payroll, Marketplace Partners, and Finance teams to create a delightfully simple billing process for BambooHR's customers. This requires the ability to manage several complex solutions at once and report out to stakeholders across the organization.
We view this role as a great opportunity for someone that has some product experience, and is looking for the next challenge on their growth as a PM.
You will :
- Be an expert on our billing processes, and drive a product strategy that enables BambooHR's ambitious company growth goals
- Manage the roadmap : capture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize this work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects
- Know your product inside and out by owning research, analytics, and qualitative documentation
- Work closely with your technical counterparts to outline solutions and evangelize them throughout the organization
- Collaborate with your team in thinking big, to imagine future solutions that solve these problems
- Motivate a group of committed, intelligent people to do the best work of their careers
