Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier/Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store.
Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Stock shelves with merchandise
- Ensure pricing is accurate
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to handle various tasks efficiently
- Ability to upsell products and provide recommendations to customers
- Experience in stock management and retail sales
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Background check and drug screen required.
