Client Services Representative – BOS Investment Services
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative, compliance and clerical support to Financial Advisors.
- Performs a variety of general office functions, which includes making and answering phone calls for advisors, assisting clients directly (face to face and via phone), photocopying, filing, scanning and sorting mail.
- Process new client paperwork in coordination with LPL client services team, and assist with account openings, transfers and service requests.
- Maintain client records in CRM database, including documentation of phone calls, meetings and annual reviews with clients.
- Provide research information needed for client meetings, including preparation of documents, client review summaries, and other presentation materials, as needed.
- Organize and schedule appointments, maintain calendars, coordinate schedule with other staff and individuals outside of the firm, as needed.
- Complete daily deposit and activity reports as well as other monthly reports as required by LPL Home Office Supervision (HOS).
- Assist in the preparation of program reporting and presentations for departmental meetings.
- Research industry tools, technologies and provide comprehensive analysis on the benefits and costs to department management. Prepare learning spotlights for the IS team as needed.
- Support the department manager and compliance officer with projects as needed.
- Provide branch coverage and act as a central support to program advisors
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate must have a strong initiative to be a team player, as well as excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge and experience with Excel and Word are mandatory.
Requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Requires the ability to use initiative and sound judgment within established guidelines, as well as maintain confidentiality of sensitive or confidential matters.
Bachelor’s degree and prior administrative and financial services experience strongly preferred. Aptitude to work toward appropriate securities industry licensing is essential.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $35,000.00 - $45,000.00/year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
