Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Residential Appraiser who thrives in a collaborative setting but also has the discipline to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. At Banks Appraisal Group, we provide comprehensive support, including administrative assistance, client relations, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on your core expertise. Shape your role around your strengths, whether that involves conducting field inspections, preparing reports, or a combination of both.
Compensation:
Competitive, per-report basis with estimated annual earnings between $60,000 and $100,000.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the appraisal process with flexibility in handling tasks such as inspections, data research, market analysis, and report completion.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, sharing updates and utilizing available resources as needed.
- Adhere to our quality control standards and industry guidelines throughout the appraisal process.
- Optionally, mentor trainee appraisers, supporting professional development as our company grows.
Qualifications:
- Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required)
- Proficient with appraisal technology and software
- Highly motivated with a commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Experience is a plus, but we prioritize skills and potential
