While the store’s grand opening is on March 28, 2025, we are hiring now to prepare the right leader for this critical role!   Job Description As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of our Prattville store. You will lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and maintain operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture of a new store while driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   Responsibilities:   Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration. Store Operations: Ensure the store is operationally efficient, following company standards for merchandising, inventory management, and safety compliance. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience that aligns with Bargain Hunt’s unique “treasure hunt” concept. Sales & Financial Goals: Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, managing expenses, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Community Engagement: Build relationships with the local community to promote the store and drive foot traffic.   Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience (store manager or assistant store manager level preferred). Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.
