Overview:
Pay Range is including Tips. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server and/or Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and the food industry
- Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus
