The primary duties of this job is supporting the Shift Miller for efficient operations of both flour mills and overall sanitation. Other duties will include, but not limited to, maintenance of milling equipment and/or any other duties as assigned around the plant.

This will be a Night shift job, working 7pm to 7am, 3 days one week, 4 days the next week.

Requirements Of a Successful Flour Mill Assistant Shift Miller

• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Experience with milling equipment is preferred
  
  

Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:

• This job can be physically strenuous
• You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces
• You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
• You will be required to wear PPE
