Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange travel for Barton’s internal employees.
- Set up housing for providers on long-term assignments, including managing lease and rental agreements.
- Collaborate with travel administrators to book travel for physicians and nurse practitioners (locum tenens) assigned to travel-based positions nationwide.
- Work closely with recruiting staff to ensure all travel needs for locum tenens are met and aligned with assignment schedules.
- Prepare and communicate detailed travel itineraries for physicians and nurse practitioners prior to their assignments.
- Compile, track, and manage supporting documentation for all travel-related expenses.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
