Pay Range: $25.00-30.00/hour, depending on experience
2 Shifts Available: 1 opening for 1st shift with a start time of 6:00am, 1 opening for 2nd shift - starting at 2:00/2:30pm.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the production floor to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and communicate performance expectations to the team.
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures and production standards.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring competency in their roles.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, materials, and deviations using Plex ERP.
- Enforce safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with other Team Leads and departments to coordinate equipment availability, raw materials, and production goals.
- Support and implement Lean Manufacturing concepts to drive continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
- Provide real-time updates to management and assist with supply orders as needed.
- Address complaints, resolve problems, and take corrective actions as required.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a team lead in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to maintain efficient and high-quality output under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate alternative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Familiarity with TS standards and Plex ERP software.
- Forklift certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/bend for up to 8 hours.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving parts, hot surfaces, and noise.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Authority to make decisions regarding production, including start/stop operations for quality or safety concerns.
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance management, including disciplinary actions.
