Essential Functions, Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Monitors various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Works with digital social media managements platforms such as Hootsuite.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social media platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Assists with social media content ideation, creation, and maintenance.
- Research trends and topics in the industry to create content that fits our strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with managing social media and capturing content is preferred.
- Eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Dedicate a maximum of 25 hours a week to the internship from February 2025 to May 2025.
- Pursuing a college degree, preferably in communications, marketing, social media, or related field.
- High-level expertise in social media.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to succeed in team-oriented and independent project environments.
- Demonstrate a high level of detail-orientation.
- Coachable, hardworking, multi-tasking, and positive attitude.
- Maintain confidential information.

- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
