Assistant Fire Alarm Inspector

Basesix is currently looking for an Assistant Fire Alarm Inspector to join our team.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Assisting with inspections to ensure that building fire alarm systems comply with all local, state, and federal laws

• Driving and operating vehicles and other machinery

• Traveling to various customer work sites throughout the workday/workweek
• Operating power tools and equipment
• Lifting and carrying items weighting up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing and working on ladders, scaffolds, and other elevated work surfaces
  • Includes frequent use of stairs
• Other items as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of fire alarm systems preferred
• Ability to work professionally in a construction environment with others
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and working conditions
