MARKETING COOP/INTERN

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coop/Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and digital marketing, and integration with website design features.

REPORTS TO: Marketing Communications Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
*Assist in developing innovative graphic design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to illustrate ideas and present design concepts effectively.
*Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDraw to create high-quality designs.
*Support layout design for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
*Participate in photography / video sessions and edit images for use in marketing campaigns.
*Contribute to the design of web elements using CSS and other digital design tools.
*Help maintain organized files and archives of completed projects for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Active enrolment in a Bachelors program specializing in Marketing or related field.

*Ability to work part-time Monday-Friday.

*Motivated to learn and detail oriented

*Strong communication and organizational skills.
*Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CorelDraw is preferred.
*Experience or coursework in graphic design, digital media, or a related field is beneficial.
*Strong illustration skills with the ability to present ideas visually.
