Bassett Furniture is seeking energetic, motivated, and experienced retail sales leaders, to join our store management program. Training will be out of the nearest local store in the region, with placement consideration based on current location and ability to relocate.

General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings
- Experience in leading a sales team, commission sales leadership a plus
- Skilled at recruiting, training, and coaching a team
- Being sales driven, and a passion for design is a must
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- A track record of achieving sales and gross profit goals
- Experience and knowledge in operations and merchandising
- Ability to interpret P&L statements, KPI metrics, and other performance reports
