- Reports to: Director of Transportation
- BCI & FBI background checks required
Minimum Responsibilities
- Performing all Preventative Maintenance on school bus fleet, consisting of diesel and gasoline school buses with air brakes
- Conduct fuel and electrical diagnostics with limited supervision using diagnostic computers
- Complete needed repairs and parts replacements with documentation of completed work
- Assist with driving duties if needed
Essential Qualifications
- 2 years experience preferred in vehicle maintenance and/or repair
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess, or be willing to obtain a class B CDL license with school bus and passenger endorsements
- Must be able to pass criminal background checks, BMV check, DOT Drug Test, and physical
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds.
