The Sustainable Partnership is assisting one of the largest renewable energy IPPs in the world in their search for a Services Procurement Specialist.

The Services Sourcing/Procurement Specialist will be tasked with securing important strategic partnerships with external vendors who will provide the services needed to design, build & run large renewable energy projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, audit & onboard Operations & Maintenance service providers for utility scale solar & BESS plants
• Identify engineering design consultancies to help produce detailed civil, electrical and mechanical site designs for solar & BESS projects
• Lead bid processes, including development and issuance of RFPs, response to bidder inquiries, lead pre-bid meetings, receiving and analyzing bids, preparing commercial bid tabulations and detailed cost analysis, leading bid clarification process, and selection of successful bidders.
• Identify, develop and manage strategic EPC relationships to support new construction projects.
• Conduct contract negotiations (often running into 8-figure contracts), with assistance from Legal and interdepartmental leaders, for the establishment of contract terms or master service agreements.
