LEASING AGENT WANTED FOR A GROWING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!
$800 Commission per property that is leased. Leasing Agents have an average of 10 properties that they are responsible for at any given time.

Commission Based Leasing Agent wanted to lease rental properties in and around Washington DC and Montgomery County
***MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO DC and Prince George's County***
Applicants must have:
1. Excellent Customer Service skills
2. Availability on evenings and weekends
3. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
4. Proficient at Microsoft office
5. Reliable transportation
6. Clean background and drug free
7. Cell phone and laptop
8. Prior leasing/real estate experience preferred
9. STRONGLY prefer someone living in DC!
10. Real Estate License (preferred)
Duties include:
1. Showing vacant and tenant occupied properties
2. Posting all property marketing to Craigslist
3. Generating leases via DocuSign
4. Arranging move in times/dates with new tenants
5. Completing move in walk through/inspection with new tenants
6. Effectively communicating with property owners and providing timely updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
