Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Director to lead and oversee our Family Resource Center in Mattapan, Ma. The Program Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the center to achieve organizational goals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
What You Will Be Doing to Support Families...
· Assist in development and monitoring of budget; meet program budget goals
· Ensure coordination with Family Resource Center network service providers
· Manage and foster community relations
· Monitor community needs
· Provide administrative supervision to all FRC staff
· Coordinate volunteers
· Work directly with families as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Broad based knowledge of collaborative partnerships
- Systems orientation
- Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience and knowledge pertaining to CRA issues
- At minimum, basic verbal fluency in Haitian-Creole, French, and/or Spanish required
