- Core responsibilities are:
Read work instructions, verify work instructions match assignment. - Learn new work instructions as required. Collect required materials from bins.
- Set up workstations per work instruction. Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed.
- Complete required training in a timely manner.
- Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested.
- Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management.
- Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required in work instructions. Verify work instructions match assignment
- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. One to three months related experience and/or training. - Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions. Ability to understand verbal work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis.
IPC soldering certification preferred; soldering skills required
