SALARY
This position has a base salary range of $112,000 - $168,000.00 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary
This role plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships and leading strategic initiatives with designated Company Partners to achieve and exceed annual new member growth and engagement targets. This individual will initiate and oversee comprehensive B2B2C efforts to deepen engagement with Partners, craft tailored campaign pitches, and secure cost-effective, high-impact communication opportunities to attract eligible non-members and further engage members. Working closely with Marketing and Product leaders, this individual will drive the execution of impactful new member acquisition campaigns, while also delivering a range of financial well-being and relationship-strengthening initiatives that support sustainable partner growth.

Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team to grow engaged new members within key Company Partner audiences.
- Participate in closing prospective new companies and co-lead the onboarding of select Partners, building successful, mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships.
- Personally develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with Company Partner relationship owners.
- Partner with key internal and external contacts to create and execute growth and engagement strategy for assigned Company Partners.
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings with Company Partner contacts.
- Drive credit union adoption and engagement through the development of special programs to serve individual company needs.
- Identify partner company contacts important to BCU goal attainment and proactively establish and maintain strong relationships that ultimately generate value for BCU members via access to employees and credit union support.
- Plan and facilitate promotional and educational on-site events, targeted campaigns and other programs which meet and exceed member participation rate and engagement goals for assigned SEGs and facilities.
- Develop new member acquisition strategy within designated Company Partners.
- Partner closely with BCU’s financial well-being team to create and deliver targeted employee financial wellness programs and successfully gain non-member access through these efforts.
- Prepare and present periodic reviews of credit union value and relevance to Partner Company contacts, leaders such as Board Members, and BCU management.
- Act as first stop for any Company Partner questions, requests, or needs on the company side.
- Develop and manage activities within the approved annual budget.
- Assist in uncovering growth opportunities for BCU that drive engaged new member growth through efforts with Company Partners and community partners.
- Work with the service delivery functions to meet and exceed loyalty (NPS) goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required/advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years strategic relationship management experience at a corporate level required, or 10 years BCU management experience alternatively.
- 5 years’ experience in financial services or employee benefits related field required.
- Excellent professional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent public speaking skills required – particularly extemporaneous pitching of ideas.
- Proven ability to strategize effective marketing campaigns that engage diverse populations.
- Excellent detail orientation and follow through skills needed for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management experience required.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across business functions.
- Must be a results-oriented, self-motivated, influential leader with outstanding initiative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, strong PowerPoint experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Some travel required – may range from 10-25%, local or otherwise.
